Wedding Checklist - 12 months to go - what to do and when

bride and groom at outdoor wedding ceremony

We know that weddings can be planned within any time frame. We see our couples take anything from 24 months to 4 weeks to plan their days! That’s right, you can build your gift list in just 4 weeks, so if you’re still yet to add gifts to your list, there’s plenty of time.

Anyway, back to the matter at hand. We wanted to provide you with a wedding checklist to help you with your wedding planning journey. This wedding checklist acts as a guideline, as we’ve already mentioned there is no right or wrong when it comes to how long you take to plan your wedding. You can use this as a round-up of all the things that you might want to consider including in your day and a rough timeline of how long those things usually take or how far in advance those particular supplies get booked.

We know weddings can be all-consuming and overwhelming at times so let us ease any confusion and help you get organised with our 12-month wedding planning checklist.

If you want to get ahead with your planning, you can start adding gifts to your gift list at any time. It’s the part of wedding planning that you can do throughout the process. When other items on the to-do list are feeling a little too much, head over to The Wedding Shop and think about how you want to memorialise your wedding day. Gifts are the best way to do that. Here are some links to our favourite collections that we know you will love.
