Signature Cast Iron Oval Casserole

The Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Oval Casserole in Forêt is made for long, slow roasts, a whole leg of lamb or a chicken cooked with the lid on until it falls off the bone. The narrow oval shape leaves room in the oven for the trimmings alongside. Each piece is individually cast in sand moulds and hand finished at the original French foundry, in a deep green enamel that resists dulling and staining.
