How much do appointments cost?

Appointments at The Townhouse are free. They’re part of our complimentary service.

How long is an appointment?

We offer 1 hour or 90 minute appointments when visiting The Townhouse. We recommend a 90 minute appointment if you’re unsure what you need to add to your wedding registry and would like some expert guidance.

Do I need to register before visiting the Townhouse?

We highly recommend registering before visiting us at the Townhouse. This is so you can enjoy the full experience during your appointment and jump straight into the fun!

Do I need to prepare anything ahead of my appointment?

Before coming to our Townhouse we advise fully charging your phone and logging into your account. This is so you are ready to start scanning. You can then easily build your list using the scanning function as you explore, as each item in the Townhouse is barcoded.

What can I expect at my appointment?

During your appointment, you will meet your personal Gift Guru who will greet you with a glass of fizz (or other beverage of your choice). They will then explain the service, give you advice on how to achieve the very best from your gift list, and of course, answer any questions you may have. Then comes the fun bit! You get to explore our four-story Townhouse, scanning all the wonderful items you love and wish to add to your gift list as you go.
