The very first rose champagne to make its appearance in the 18th century, the Ruinart Rose has all the hallmarks of the classic Ruinart taste, with its unique chardonnay-led freshness complementing the indulgent fruitiness of the pinot noir. This light and fresh wine is at first fruity and offers an original palette of tropical fruits and small berries, followed by rose and pomegranate notes which complete the complex, intense aromatic profile, dominated by somewhat undeveloped primary aromas. Enhanced by thin slices of fine Italian prosciutto or strong flavoured fish like mi-cuit salmon, this exquisite wine is perfect for starters and main courses.
