We are so sorry to hear that you are having to postpone your wedding. We want to do everything we can to make this process as smooth as possible. If your guests have already started purchasing gifts, the money pledged is safe in a ring-fenced account. If you have a new wedding date, you can amend this on our website and the balance on your account will remain unchanged. All the details of your account will also remain the same, so when you are ready, you can continue to add to your original list. To amend your occasion date, simply head to 'settings' and change your occasion date under 'Wedding Details.'

SHOWROOMS & APPOINTMENTS
It is with deep sadness that we have made the decision to temporarily close our showrooms.
Our main priority is that the community, our couples and staff are safe. This is effective from Friday 20th March.
For anyone who has an appointment booked in, we are now offering telephone and skype appointments instead. This will allow us to introduce you to The Wedding Shop, talk you through our service and help provide you with the same guidance we give in-store, in a different format. Whilst we understand that this is disappointing, we are looking forward to still being able to help, advise and chat with our couples!

Yes, you can absolutely continue to build your gift list with us. You're able to build your list entirely online from the comfort of your home. You also have the option to use our app.
Our team of Gift Gurus are still ready and available to give you support and advice when creating your dream gift list. You can get in touch with us by phone, online chat, or by dropping us an e-mail.
PLACING & TRACKING ORDERS
Whilst you are still able to place your order online, due to the government restrictions in place, there will be delays to our usual lead time of 4-6 weeks. We are currently monitoring the situation very closely and will update this page as soon as we have further information.

DUTY OF CARE TO STAFF
The health and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our utmost priority. We've been taking the necessary steps, following government guidelines to
protect both our employees and couples that use our service.
Our staff are working from home and are encouraged to follow government advice and it's our intention that staff will receive regular pay during this period.
Unfortunately due to the recent UK government advice, we have decided to postpone our Sample Sale on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th April at Sandown Jockey Club until further notice. We look forward to welcoming you to our Sample Sale later on in the year and a date for this will be confirmed and communicated in the coming weeks.
