As you will be aware, many companies are experiencing delays with order fulfilment due to disrupted supply chains. This, teamed with the huge increase in demand from postponed weddings finally being able to go ahead, is making our lead times increase. Currently, we are estimating 8 to 12 weeks to deliver all of your wedding gifts from the point you confirm your order, but some items regrettably could exceed this.
We know how important it is for you to receive your beautiful wedding gifts and so we understand how incredibly frustrating this will be to read. Please, accept our deepest apologies and know that we are doing everything we can in our power to deliver your gifts to you as soon as possible.
We are working closely with our suppliers for regular updates on availability and shipments. You will continue to get your monthly update as normal letting you know when your gifts arrive at the warehouse (live updates are also available on your dashboard). If you don’t want to wait to have all of your gifts delivered at once, you can arrange delivery for any items that have already arrived and then subsequent deliveries when any delayed gifts come in.
Be assured that we are working around the clock to remedy these issues and to get our service levels back to what you would rightfully expect from us.
When Will My Gifts Be At Your Warehouse So That I Can Arrange A Delivery?
We are so sorry if our order fulfilment delays are affecting you. We’re currently working through supply chain issues and as a result, we are communicating with our suppliers for regular updates. These delays are making our lead times between 8-12 weeks to deliver all of your gifts, but some items could exceed this. As soon as we receive your gifts in our warehouse, your dashboard will be updated. You will also get a monthly update email detailing gifts that have come in. At this point, you can then arrange the delivery of your gifts.
What Do I Do If My Gift/S Are Out Of Stock?
Gifts can be out of stock for a variety of reasons which often makes it difficult for us to give a date when items will be back in stock. If a gift you have ordered is out of stock we will aim to let you know when our suppliers have notified us it will be back in stock or we can advise you on an alternative product.
I Can See My Item Is Available On A Retail Website. Why Don’t You Have It?
We work with brands on an allocation basis in order to offer full flexibility to our couples. Currently, due to ongoing supply chain challenges, we are still awaiting our allocation of products from various suppliers. The brands will have prioritised their own stock allocation which is why you may be able to view items you have ordered via their websites. We are doing all we can to ensure we receive your products in our warehouse and deliver them to you as soon as possible.
Can I Get An Update On Gifts That Are Ordered But I Am Still Waiting To Receive?
Where we have information on items that are yet to arrive at the warehouse, we can of course pass that information on to you. In some cases, however, we are awaiting updates from our suppliers. We know this is far from ideal and not the service you would expect from us. We are continuously in contact with our suppliers to bring you the information as quickly as we can.
