GIFT LIBRARY buys THE WEDDING SHOP
Caroline Stanbury’s leading luxury online gift company GIFT LIBRARY has announced the acquisition of The Wedding Shop, one of the UK’s leading wedding list businesses. The Wedding Shop, founded in 1990, has a store on London’s Fulham Road as well as concessions in Selfridges, London and Brown Thomas, Dublin and an interactional website. Adding these outlets to GIFT LIBRARY’S already successful on-line and catalogue business will transform GIFT LIBRARY into a global multi channel retail company.

Artemis Funds is a majority investor in GIFT LIBRARY.
Gary Channon, majority shareholder in The Wedding Shop is remaining with the company in the role of non-executive Director.
